ABOUT ME

Hello, I am Anna.

Most people don’t come to this work because everything is falling apart.
They come because something inside them has gone quiet — clarity, trust, direction — and they know it’s time to listen again.

That’s where I meet people.

My role is not to tell you who you are or what to do.
My role is to help you reconnect with your own inner coherence — mentally, emotionally, somatically, and intuitively — so your decisions come from truth rather than pressure, fear, or noise.

How I came to this work

My background is not built on one modality or one phase of life. It’s built on integration.

I have been practicing yoga and meditation since 2005 and teaching since 2008. Over the years, my work expanded naturally into nervous system regulation, sound and frequency work, symbolic systems, and subconscious repatterning. I’ve been consulting as a professional astrologer since 2012, facilitating transformative inner sessions since 2015 (for groups and privately), and working with tarot and metaphoric cards for over 20 years — not as predictive tools, but as mirrors of the psyche and decision-making process.

Alongside formal study and professional practice, I have lived through deep personal transformation — rebuilding life from the ground up, healing trauma and severe illness, restoring inner stability, and learning firsthand how the body, mind, emotions, and subconscious communicate when they are finally allowed to speak.

This combination — lived experience, long-term practice, and disciplined self-inquiry — is what shapes the way I work today.

What defines my approach

I don’t believe in bypassing, fixing, or outsourcing authority.

I work at the intersection of:
~ clarity and nervous system safety
~ intuition and grounded reasoning
~ symbolism and real-life application
~ insight and responsibility

Whether we use conversation, tarot, astrology, Leela game or RecreArt, meditative inquiry, or somatic (bodily) awareness through yoga, the intention is always the same: to restore internal alignment so your next steps are clear, honest, and sustainable.

There is no performance here, no dependency, no urgency created for effect.

I respect your intelligence, your pace, and your autonomy. And I work best with people who are ready to do the same for themselves.

How I can help

People come to me when they are:
~ standing at a crossroads and need clarity without external pressure
~ seeking clarity and answers to reclaim inner understanding of oneself and any situation — big or small
~ feeling emotionally or mentally overwhelmed and want to regain inner stability
~ sensing that old patterns no longer fit, but new ones haven’t fully formed
~ seeking insight that integrates the body, mind, and intuition — not just the mind
~ wanting to safely reconnect and work with their body

My sessions often bring:
~ clear perspective where things felt tangled
~ calm where there was internal noise, order where there was chaos, peace where there was war
~ language for feelings that were difficult to name
~ grounded confidence in one’s own decisions
~ feeling safe, whole, light, connected and confident again

This work is subtle, but precise. Deep and grounded. And its effects tend to ripple outward — into relationships, boundaries, health, creativity, and life direction.

Who this work is for

This work is for people who are ready to engage honestly with themselves.
It is especially supportive for those who value depth, discernment, and integrity.
It is not for those looking for predictions, constant fluffy reassurance, or someone is not willing to grow.

A final note

I don’t believe clarity is something you receive from another person.
It is something that emerges from seeing more reflections of your own truth. And I am the bridge, the transmitter, capable of giving voice to the mirrors that reflect your reality as is.
When your vision is expanded and clear, your choices become more aware, more informed, more grounded and aligned with your inner truth. And this is what makes all the difference.
You are no longer a victim of circumstances, you are the author of your own story.

If, while reading this, something in you slowed down — even slightly — that’s usually a good sign.

When you’re ready, I’m here to help you listen.
