Gentle Yoga for Every Body
The physical part of Gentle Zentle Yoga (GZY) is rooted in traditional hatha yoga, taught with care and attention to your body’s natural needs.
I intentionally exclude risky or overly demanding poses, creating a practice that is soft, safe, and accessible to all levels—yet still strengthening, healing, and deeply restorative.
What to Expect in a Class
A class may include:
~ Gentle asanas (yoga postures) to release tension and build strength
~ Pranayama (breathwork) to energize and calm the mind
~ Kriyas (cleansing practices) for lightness and clarity
~ Concentration, contemplation (dharana, dhiyana) & meditation for inner balance
~ Trauma-informed practice
Sessions are tailored to your body and your needs, with detailed guidance every step of the way.
Classes can last 30 to 90 or even 105 minutes, depending on your schedule.

Practice with friends or family in a supportive small group.
~ General Drop‑In Class: $15 per class or monthly pass (not currently available)
